Users can browse these listings, view details, and contact listers directly. By using our Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and businesses that interact with our Platform. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Our Platform is designed to facilitate property transactions by acting as a listing hub for agents, landlords, and other property professionals. Users can browse these listings to find properties of interest and connect with listers directly. However, we do not own or manage any listed properties, nor are we involved in transactions between users and listers.

2.1 Free Features

• Users can browse all property listings free of charge.
• Agents, landlords, and contractors can create an account and list properties at no cost.
• Users can contact listers directly via phone without any charges.

2.2 Paid Features

• Gold Subscription: Users can subscribe to our Gold Plan for ₹499/month to remove advertisements and gain access to premium features.
• Lead Purchases: Agents are charged a fee for each qualified lead generated through our Platform.

2.3 Advertisements

Advertisements are an integral part of our free services. Gold subscribers will not see any ads on our Platform, ensuring a seamless experience.

2.4 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Platform, there may be instances where services are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Registration and Account Responsibilities

To list a property or access certain features, users must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration. It is your duty to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breaches.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for subscriptions, lead purchases, and other paid features must be made via our secure payment gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). By completing a payment, you confirm your agreement to the charges specified.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except in cases where technical errors on our part result in failure to deliver the paid service.

5. User Obligations

By using our Platform, you agree to:
